Posit analysis software

Posit is software (using Python and Matlab) I've written for some specific analysis of extracellular neurophysiological data

  • Combines Cortex and Plexon data
  • Python code converts data to NetCDF, a standard scientific binary file format
  • Matlab code reads these files using the Matlab NetCDF toolbox
