Posit analysis software
Posit is software (using Python and Matlab) I've written for some specific analysis of extracellular neurophysiological data
- Combines Cortex and Plexon data
- Python code converts data to NetCDF, a standard scientific binary file format
- Matlab code reads these files using the Matlab NetCDF toolbox
